ABOUT
The Francophone Immigration Welcome Center in the NWT plays a key role in the socio-cultural integration of immigrants. Developed by the Fédération franco-ténoise (FFT) through an agreement with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship Canada (CIC), the FFT offers a settlement service to French-speaking immigrants.
